Opinions vary. People questions are often situational and require judgment (you rarely get a purely technical answer). Process questions are more formula and framework driven. Most candidates find People harder to study because the right answer depends on the PMI mindset of servant leadership.
Focus on the PMI mindset: servant leadership, empowerment, consensus-building, and conflict resolution. Practice situational questions heavily. The 2026 ECO adds more emphasis on AI/human collaboration and cross-cultural team dynamics.
